Given the current climate the Law Society has reported there is a rise in demand for Will enquiries and as a firm we are experiencing an increase for Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Beware of too good to be true offers from unregulated Companies offering legal documents on social media or other advertising, as there are often hidden costs and corners may be cut.
They may tempt you with offers of easy payment terms but the end cost may be much higher than the cost quoted by a firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Please warn your loved ones to err on the side of caution and if an offer seems too good to be true then all too often it is.
