Esther Richards, Senior Associate and head of Hatchers Solicitor’s Dispute Resolution Team will be speaking at the RICS regional conference, which takes place in Shrewsbury on Tuesday 3rd July.
The event will offer the latest updates and technical guidance across the built environment, land and property sectors. Attendees will hear talks from a number of respected speakers on key topics including renewable energy, restrictive covenants, BIM, NEC4, compliance and professional regulation.
As an expert on complex property disputes, Esther Richards’ talk will provide a Landlord and Tenant legal update including a case law update and a review of recent legal developments.
