Hatchers are delighted to announce that solicitor David Phillips has recently joined the firm. He will be working within both the Commercial Property team and the growing Agricultural Law team.
Having studied Law at the University of Birmingham, David undertook a Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. Since then he has worked in Shropshire and the Black Country, before taking up a position with Hatchers.
He brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in commercial property and agricultural matters. Specific areas of expertise include acquisitions and disposals, leases, secured lending and auction sales and purchases. For farming clients he is also able to assist with specialised agricultural matters such as farm business tenancies, first registrations of unregistered land and grazing licenses.
Clients can expect a proactive and flexible approach to their matters, along with clear advice tailored to their specific needs. In his spare time David is a keen sportsman and enjoys travelling the world to experience new cultures and places.
