Throughout the year the staff at Hatchers have held cake sales, in-house jacket potato lunches, a Quiz for local businesses as well as ‘The Shropshire Business Bake off’ which saw 18 teams of local business people, from accountants to graphic designers battle it out for the ‘star baker’ prize.
Hatchers are pleased to announce that they have raised a grand total of £2924.96 during 2014 which has been split between two charities that are close to the firm’s heart; Hope House and The British Heart Foundation.
Lindsey Walker, secretary and charity organiser said:
“Each year we raise as much money for charity as we can. We are delighted with the amount of money we have raised this year and we’ve had such fun doing it! We have a packed 12 months ahead, watch this space! ”
