A local woman was left in a sticky position last week when she arrived home to find paperwork that needed to be signed by both of her children under the supervision of a Solicitor. It was out of hours and her son was due to leave the country for four months in just three hours time. Her daughter was also due to leave early the next morning, to travel to Tanzania to work as a volunteer in an orphanage.
The three of them raced to Hatchers and knocked at the window to get the attention of one of the cleaners. The head of our Commercial Property Team, Val Edwards was still in the office and helped them complete the letter of consent, just in the nick of time!
