Hatchers Family team back together
The Family team at Hatchers are back to full strength as Morgan Fitzpatrick returns from maternity leave having also completed training in Collaborative Law.
The 5 strong team (from left Lisa Davies – Legal Secretary, Sarah Jane Smith – Associate Solicitor and Head of the Family Department, Morgan Fitzpatrick – Assistant Solicitor and Collaborative Practitioner, Rachel Roberts – Family Executive and Hannah Barnes – Legal Secretary) are based at the Welsh Bridge office in Shrewsbury, but can also see clients at the Whitchurch and Harlescott offices.
They each bring their unique experience to offer tailored advice on a diverse range of family issues, from pre and post-nuptial agreements to arrangements for children upon separation. Sarah, as head of the department, offers over 25 years of family law experience in all areas, and although a large part of the work she does focusses on divorce and financial issues, she has been a member of the Law Society’s specialist Children Panel for over 20 years. Morgan is a member of Resolution and a trained family mediator (non-practising) as well as having recently completed training in Collaborative practice. This is evident in her calm and holistic approach to disputes. Rachel also covers all areas of family law although she is particularly experienced and passionate about assisting people in disputes relating to children.
