Born in Harrow, Ron spent many years as a senior manager for multinational businesses. He also ran his own businesses and has worked with other business organisations and charities. Ron is based in mid Wales and has worked with Hatchers for many years on several business and employment development initiatives.

In his spare time Ron enjoys going to the theatre, music and travelling.
