Nichola specialises in employment law and spends the majority of her time acting for employers in a range of issues including drafting terms and conditions of employment and policies and procedures. Nichola also advises her employer clients on day to day issues including the application of disciplinary and grievance procedures, long term sickness issues and when necessary, employment tribunal related matters.
Having grown up in Nottinghamshire and studied law at Aberystwyth, Nichola has now settled in Shropshire. Nichola started as a trainee at Hatchers in October 2008 and qualified as a solicitor with the firm in July 2010 working in the Employment Team.
Nichola was involved in starting the Montgomeryshire Young Professionals Group and is currently chair of the Shropshire Junior Lawyers Division.
Nichola enjoys socialising with friends and going to festivals and concerts.
