Client Services Manager
Jeremy has a wealth of experience in dealing with all areas of customer service and is responsible for our general quality standards. He constantly monitors our client care procedures, making changes and implementing training as necessary to ensure a high quality service is delivered. Employed by Lloyds TSB Bank until 2000, Jeremy worked in branches of the bank throughout the UK (including Jersey), finally arriving in Shrewsbury in 1995. He enjoys playing golf in his spare time and is also Chairman of Shrewsbury Golf Club.
