Emma was educated in Shrewsbury and completed a degree in Media at Nottingham Trent University. She started work with Hatchers as an administration assistant but soon discovered that she was particularly interested in personnel and training.

Emma is an Associate member of the Chartered institute of Personnel & Development and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her young family.
