HIP, HIP, HOORAY!
Hatchers Solicitors celebrated the completion of their 100th Home Information Pack (HIP) at the beginning of March. The firm has been providing HIPs for home sellers since the regulations were introduced in August 2007 and has recently become an accredited member of the HIP Code, which is the government’s compliance board for HIP providers.
“We are very proud of Vanessa Jones, who is responsible for compiling all the home information packs for our clients,” said Jacinta Walmsley, a partner in the firm. “Ness has a great relationship with the local estate agents and her friendly manner and efficiency is appreciated by our clients.”
