The laws surrounding property developing can be tricky. If you are a developer, estate agent or other property professional who would appreciate some help understanding the current issues, get along to the Land Acquisition and Development breakfast seminar being run by Hatchers Solicitors on April 10 at the Shropshire Education and Conference Centre at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
The main speaker is solicitor Michael Poulsom, who is a specialist in commercial property law. Subjects being covered are: restrictive covenants – their difficulties and opportunities; plans – some practical pointers; and access rights – 10 tips on avoiding problems.
